Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Products must be free from stains, perfume, or damage.

- Final sale or clearance items.

- Gift cards.
- Products returned in used condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.
