Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via email at info@raremriga.com. Requests received later than 24 hours after placing the order or after the order has been dispatched will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day Return Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@raremriga.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Timeline

Domestic Shipping: We typically ship orders within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location (Metro cities are faster).

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and the courier partner's name.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery location.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500.

For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹500 will be applied.

There are no hidden charges. The price you see on the checkout page is the final price you pay, inclusive of GST.
